By placing a pre-order you are making a reservation for the KINETEN-01 cryo-compression glove from the first production run, currently planned for Q3 2026. This is a deposit-based reservation, not a completed purchase.
If the first production batch does not reach the minimum production volume within 3 months of the reservation opening, the €20 deposit will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Reservations may be cancelled at any time before the remaining balance is charged by emailing support@kineten.com. The €20 deposit will be refunded in full. support@kineten.com
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), a right of withdrawal of 14 days applies from the date you receive your physical product. To exercise this right, notify us at the support address above within that window. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the product is defective.
All prices are in euros and include applicable VAT. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Card details are not stored by us. The €20 deposit is charged at the time of reservation. The €49 balance will be charged at the time of shipping, with advance notice by email.
KINETEN-01 ships globally. The estimated shipping window is Q3 2026, subject to production timelines. An email notification with tracking details will be sent when your unit ships. Delivery times depend on destination and carrier and are not guaranteed.
KINETEN-01 is a comfort and ergonomic recovery aid. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Anyone with a diagnosed condition affecting their hands or wrists should consult a healthcare professional before use.
Under applicable law, KINETEN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the product or the website. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the reservation.
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes that cannot be resolved by agreement may be referred to the competent Portuguese courts or, for consumer disputes, to the applicable alternative dispute resolution body under Portuguese consumer law.
